The primitivo owes its name to the early ripening of the grapes (late August and early September). Aging in steel preserves the typical characteristics of the wine.
Visually we appreciate a light ruby red color with violet reflections.
On the nose you can appreciate a pleasant fresh and intense aroma of cherries and plums with a background of wild fruits.
On the palate a clean, warm, round flavor is perceived, with soft tannins.
Pairings: dishes with meat sauces or legume soups.
A serving temperature of 16-18 ° C is recommended.
