A vine with very ancient origins, it was probably the Roman merchants who brought it to Italy from Greece, spreading its cultivation in the center and south. The pedoclimatic characteristics of the Murgia of Bari give the wine good organoleptic qualities and a pleasant taste-olfactory persistence.
The wine by the glass has a straw yellow color with golden reflections.
On the nose there are fruity hints of quince-apple, citrus with hints of vanilla and acacia honey.
On the palate there is a good balance between softness and structure.
The characteristics of this wine make it versatile and adaptable to numerous dishes. Excellent if served as an aperitif, appetizers, pasta with seafood, legume soups, with fried or grilled fish, crustaceans and white meats.
We recommend a serving temperature between 8-10 ° C.
