Wine obtained from 100% primitivo grapes grown in the Bari Murgia.
This wine is obtained with a particular technique: the red grapes are “vinified in white” but the marc is left for a short maceration (usually from 2 hours to a maximum of 36). The skins give part of the color to the must and this process is limited according to the degree of intensity of the color. We then proceed with the racking.
In the glass, the wine has a bright pink color.
On the nose we appreciate a fruity bouquet: ripe red fruits and small wild fruits.
On the palate it expresses a fresh, balanced and elegantly fruity taste.
It goes well with appetizers, first courses, white meats, fish, fresh and aged cheeses and pizzas.
A serving temperature of 10-11 ° C is recommended.
